E. Wayne Renner

E. Wayne Renner joined G & S Research in 2002 as executive vice president of operations and finance. He serves as secretary and treasurer and oversees all aspects of financial and administrative management of the corporation.

With more than 25 years of management and consulting experience in corporate finance and operations, he is skilled in public and private financing, risk management, valuations, mergers and acquisitions, government contracting, strategic and business planning, forecasting, information systems, operations research, and applied mathematics. He has participated in numerous economic and financial modeling projects and has provided simulation and forecasting support to companies ranging from start-up ventures to multi-billion dollar corporations.
Mr. Renner is currently on the Council of American Survey and Research Organization’s (CASRO) Committee for Compensation and Financial Surveys. He has taught calculus and applied economics at the US Military Academy, Long Island University, Villanova, and The University of Indianapolis.

He has a MS degree in operations research from the US Naval Postgraduate School and an MBA in finance from Long Island University. He is also a graduate of the US Military Academy at West Point.
