George Grubb

George Grubb is one of two principals of G & S Research, which he co-founded in 1997. He focuses on corporate strategy, business development, and professional relations for G & S Research and its business units. His expertise includes positioning strategy, sales force effectiveness, incentive compensation, and neuroscience.

Previous to starting G & S Research, Mr. Grubb worked at Eli Lilly where he had responsibilities in New Product Planning, Global Market Planning, Market Research, and Sales. Most of his Lilly tenure involved the Prozac® franchise, the company’s top-selling product at the time.
He recently presented at the Pharmaceutical Marketing Research Group (PMRG) and the American Marketing Association (AMA). He has guest lectured marketing students at his alma mater—Indiana University—and Indiana University-Purdue University (IUPUI) on market research applications.

Mr. Grubb received both his MBA (Kelley School of Business) and his undergraduate degrees from Indiana University, Bloomington. Between degrees, he worked for the Black and Decker Corporation.
