
Gary Schwebach, PhD
Gary Schwebach co-founded G & S Research in Indianapolis in 1997. He is a principal and president of the corporation. Dr. Schwebach is also the chief methodologist and oversees the analytics and production functions within the company. His professional expertise lies in the areas of business and marketing strategy, advanced statistical techniques, and research methodologies.
Prior to starting G & S Research, Dr. Schwebach consulted with pharmaceutical companies on the marketing strategy for launching and repositioning products. He earned Doctoral and Master degrees in business administration from Indiana University, Bloomington, where he taught marketing strategy and market research. He has authored numerous articles on applied market research methodologies for the pharmaceutical industry and has presented at the Pharmaceutical Marketing Research Group (PMRG).
Prior to his involvement in the market research community, Dr. Schwebach practiced corporate law with the international law firm, Latham & Watkins after receiving a JD from University of California, Davis. He spent seven years as an intelligence officer in the US Navy, during which he earned a MS degree in public administration from Virginia Tech. His undergraduate degree is in political science/ Chinese language from the University of California, Riverside.
